Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Senior Manager to lead transition and management of outsourced services, optimizing tools, processes, and delivery across diverse client engagements.

You will mentor delivery teams, drive continuous improvement, and apply systems thinking to identify opportunities for efficiency in advisory, assurance, tax, and business services. This role emphasizes AI-driven automation, data reporting, onboarding, and effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience in relevant fields.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.
• Act as a Subject Matter Advisor across Managed Services with AI, automation, reporting, onboarding, transition activities, and user adoption.
• Deep expertise in AI and digital tools to drive innovation and service excellence (Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, GitHub).
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives across diverse technology landscapes using Lean/Six Sigma, AI-led automation, and transition solutions.

• Manage delivery teams and oversee program performance to mitigate delivery risks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize managed services processes, tools, and services.

• Craft clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback to refine service delivery.
• Direct teams through complex situations with composure and strategic problem-solving.
• Develop automation frameworks and solutions to enhance operational performance.
• Use project management to plan and execute deliverables.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration in service management initiatives.
