The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in transition or project management, a bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of healthcare call center operations and workforce management. On-site work with flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in transition management or project management.
• Strong knowledge of RCM/Healthcare, call center operations, and workforce management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven experience in project management and successful project delivery.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the transition of services from one operational model to another.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement workforce management strategies to optimize efficiency and performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions.
• Monitor and report on project progress, mitigating risks and addressing issues as they arise.
