Responsibilities

Coordinate activities across technical and business teams.
Serve as the main contact for transition-related issues.

Manages communications with executives, stakeholders and the outgoing vendor.
Ensures compliance with contractual exit obligations.
Tracks and reports progress, risks, dependencies and decisions.
Manages cutover and hypercare activities (stabilization period).
Ensures full knowledge transfer to internal staff is completed and validated.

At the same time making sure smooth, timely, and risk-free transition of services from the external vendor to the internal team by developing and executing end-to-end transition plan, including timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
