Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Transition Project Manager to lead large-scale client onboarding and operational ramping from kickoff through handoff.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, govern transition programs, drive knowledge transfer, Go-Live readiness, and Hypercare while engaging executive stakeholders across multi-country settings. You will oversee risk management, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure seamless transitions and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of dedicated Project Management experience specializing in large-scale transitions, client onboarding, or offshore/nearshore process ramping.
• Proven track record delivering multi-site, enterprise-level transitions with 100+ FTE ramps and complex integrations.
• PM Certification: PMP, PRINCE2 or Prosci Change Management preferred.
• Familiar with Transition Management frameworks, Waterfall, Agile, Lean/Six Sigma.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end transition roadmaps for large-scale client onboardings, process migrations, or enterprise service transfers.
• Oversee multi-phase ramping including headcount & infrastructure readiness.
• Establish governance, escalation, and change control across transition lifecycle.
• Oversee Knowledge Transfer programs, SOPs, and readiness assessments.
• Drive Go-Live criteria reviews, handoffs, and Hypercare.
• Lead executive status reporting and risk/issue transparency.
• Partner with Change Management teams for workforce readiness.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and SLA/KPI alignment for receiving teams.
