Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) seeks an experienced Training Supervisor to lead the Training department at the Clark site and oversee program delivery aligned with client needs. You will drive curriculum development, staff coaching, and performance assessments while coordinating with Operations and HR.

The role requires 2+ years in Training, 1+ year in supervision, and Telco experience. Night shifts are required, with strategic planning and continuous improvement as core duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in HRM, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Training field.
• Training Supervisor experience for at least 1 year; Telco experience required.
• Highly proficient in curriculum development.
• OD background an advantage.
• Amenable to work at VXI Clark site and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the activities of the Training department in delivering programs and initiatives responsive to needs.
• Assist in strategic planning and fiscal management of the department.
• Receives Training instruction from client and directs implementation of programs.
• Updates and sends Training reports to client on progress, evaluation and audits.
• Spearhead ramp/capacity planning and management of timelines, headcount, and logistics.
• Initiates calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistency in performance standards.
• Develops long-term strategy and process improvements impacting Training.
• Executes tactical decisions based on pass-fail thresholds and training data.
• Liaise with Operations, HR, and Client Relations to achieve learning goals.
• Manage and develop team through assessments, coaching and consultations.
• Evaluates staff performance and conducts regular department meetings.
• Enforces discipline and handles Incident Reports with HR.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
