Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) seeks a Training Supervisor to lead the Training department, aligning programs with client needs and operational goals at VXI Clark. You will plan, implement, and monitor training initiatives, manage reports, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Operations and HR.

The role requires 2+ years in Training, 1+ year in supervision, and a strong curriculum development background, with night shifts at the Clark site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in HRM, Business Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the Training field.
• Must be a Training Supervisor for at least 1 year; Telco experience is required.
• Highly proficient in curriculum development.
• OD background an advantage.
• Must be amenable to work at VXI Clark site and night shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the activities of the Training department in delivering programs and initiatives responsive to individuals, operations, and client needs.
• Assist in strategic planning and fiscal management of the department.
• Receives training instructions from clients, communicates needs to the department, and directs implementation of programs.
• Updates and sends training reports to clients, covering progress, evaluation, audit results, and other details.
• Speaks on ramp/capacity plans and implements related activities by managing timelines, logistics, and deliverables.
• Initiates calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistency in performance standards.
• Develops long-term strategy and process improvements affecting Training through reviews and needs analysis.
• Executes tactical decisions based on data like pass-fail thresholds and training funnel metrics.
• Liais es with Operations, HR, and Client Relations to achieve learning goals through calibrations and meetings.
• Manages and develops the training team via assessments, coaching, and formal consultations.
• Evaluates staff performance with documented evidence and discusses results with employees.
• Conducts regular departmental meetings on issues, incidents, and client/project updates.
• Enforces discipline and uses Incident Reports to document infractions for HR processing.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
