VXI Global Solutions in Pampanga is seeking a dynamic Training Manager to lead a Training Department, mentor staff, and resolve customer issues. The role focuses on building a high-performing team that delivers timely training across functions.

Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, and developing training for new-hire and refresher programs, coordinating with managers across locations, setting standards, creating templates, and ensuring effective delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–10 years training experience in the BPO industry.
• Experience in training handling Telco program.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a dynamic Training Department and provide leadership, mentoring and issue resolution.
• Spearhead analysis, design, and development for new-hire, refresher and staff development training.
• Collaborate with managers, support, and mentor trainers across locations.
• Assign resources, set timelines, and track projects and schedules.
• Set and maintain training standards; approve materials and templates; ensure timely delivery.
• Act as process analyst to identify efficiency gains and drive quality initiatives.
• Coordinate with Human Resources, Operations, and Marketing for continuous feedback on competencies and processes.
