Job summary

VXI Global Holdings B.V. (Philippines) is seeking a Training Supervisor to oversee the Training department at our Clark site. You will guide programs, ensure alignment with client needs, and drive strategic training initiatives across the campaign.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Training department activities delivering programs aligned to client needs.
• Assist in strategic planning and fiscal management of the department.
• Communicate client training needs to departments and implement programs.
• Prepare and send training reports including progress, evaluation, and audits.
• Lead ramp-up/capacity planning, scheduling, headcount and logistics for training.
• Conduct calibration sessions with clients to ensure consistent performance standards.
• Develop long-term training strategy and process improvements.
• Execute tactical decisions based on pass-fail thresholds and funnel data.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR and Client Relations to achieve learning goals.
• Coach and develop team through assessments, certifications, and structured consultations.
• Maintain performance documentation and discuss ratings with staff.
