Job summary

Transcosmos Asia Philippines, INC. is seeking a Training Operations Lead to manage the Training team, coordinate train-the-trainer sessions, and deliver programs to leadership and management across sites. You will audit classroom delivery and develop tools to ensure consistency and quality.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to address identified needs, tailor trainings to business requirements, and drive learning adoption with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completed at least 2 years in college.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the BPO space.
• Minimum 2 years in a training role.
• Minimum 1 year in a training lead role.
• At least 1 year of leadership trainings.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office; familiar with Google Suites.
• Proficiency in using training tools and software.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and apply new training techniques.
• Coaching skills experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Training team
• Conduct and organize train-the-trainer sessions and deliver training programs to TCAP leadership and management team
• Audit classroom training for both internal and external sessions to ensure consistent delivery of information across sites
• Develop and maintain training tools, including worksheets, templates, databases and reports
• Identify and analyze employee performance problems, determine on-going training needs, and implement solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external resources to design and/or deliver learning programs that address identified needs
• Handle enquiries pertaining to Procedures from other teams and provide guidance according to stipulated operation procedures and policies
• Tailor training and set schedules according to ongoing business needs
• Design and manage blended learning solutions and learning interventions based on assessment outcomes
• Establish evaluation and reporting on learning adoption, learning effectiveness, course satisfaction, and certification
