Qualifications

Excellent presentation and training delivery with knowledge of various training methodologies

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver full training programs for new hires
Develop training manuals, multimedia aids, and educational materials
Conduct regular follow-ups to evaluate training effectiveness
Evaluate existing training programs and provide improvement recommendations
Perform Training Needs Analysis and design programs to improve staff performance
Drive service quality initiatives for continuous standards improvement
Carry out other duties assigned by management within the Quality Management System of TDCX
