Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines in Makati is seeking an experienced trainer to design and deliver programs for a telecom-focused contact centre. You will translate complex product information into accessible training materials and sessions.

You will apply adult learning principles, deliver online and classroom content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address performance gaps.

Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. Prior certification in training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or similar role within a call centre or customer service environment
• Strong knowledge of telecommunications products, services, and industry operations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences
• Demonstrated expertise in adult learning principles and training delivery methodologies
• Experience in designing training programmes and developing training materials using various formats (online, classroom, video)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess performance gaps and develop targeted solutions
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Customer service experience or background in a call centre environment is highly desirable
• Certification in training and development or adult education is preferred
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; additional languages are advantageous
