Job summary

Philip Morris International in Bacolod seeks a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations across trade channels for both Combustible Cigarettes and Smoke-Free Products. The role ensures execution excellence, drives business results, and gathers consumer insights to support brand strategies.

Key responsibilities include strategy execution, TPA coordination, insights reporting, KPI monitoring, and route planning in collaboration with Commercial Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination: Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
