Job summary

Philip Morris International in the Philippines is seeking a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations for both Combustible Cigarettes and Smoke-Free Products within a designated region. • Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution: Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination: Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting: Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring: Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning: Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
