Job summary

Philip Morris International seeks a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations for Combustible Cigarettes and Smoke-Free Products within the Imus region. The role ensures execution excellence, drives business results, and gathers consumer insights to support brand strategies.

You will manage local vendors, coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate on route planning and POS nominations while delivering results under tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience in cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is a plus.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution
• Implement brand-aligned plans for CC and SFP; coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations for seamless execution.
• TPA Coordination
• Manage local vendors and approved agencies; oversee and resolve activation-related issues.
• Consumer Insights & Reporting
• Collect feedback on products and engagements; share insights regularly for continuous improvement.
• Performance Monitoring
• Track activation KPIs; document learnings and report updates to Supervisor.
• Route Planning
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations on POS nominations; validate route plans per brand cycle.
