Job summary

Philip Morris International is hiring for the Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive in the Philippines. This role leads on-ground activations across trade channels for CC and SFP within a designated region, ensuring execution excellence and insights to support brand strategies.

Key responsibilities include strategy execution, TPA coordination, consumer insights and reporting, performance monitoring and route planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.
