Job summary

Philip Morris International Philippines seeks a Consumer Engagement Trade Operations Executive to lead on-ground activations for CC and SFP across a designated region, ensuring execution excellence.

You will drive consumer insights, coordinate with CE HQ and Commercial Operations, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with vendors while leveraging field sales experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Experience working on cross-functional initiatives.
• Field sales exposure is an advantage.
• Valid Philippine driver's license with good driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategy execution: implement brand-aligned trade activation plans.
• TPA coordination: manage local vendors and agencies.
• Consumer insights & reporting: gather feedback and share insights.
• Performance monitoring: track KPIs and report updates.
• Route planning: collaborate on POS nominations and route plans.
