Job summary

SYSGEN RPO in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits professional to lead compensation programs and benefits design. The role covers salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and governance across payroll and statutory remittances.

You will partner with HR leadership and Finance to optimize workforce costs and drive business value through analytics and structured reward systems.

Qualifications

• Strong payroll governance and statutory compliance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling
• People analytics and HRIS experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total rewards strategies, compensation frameworks, and benefits programs.
• Manage salary structures, pay grades, salary benchmarking, and compensation reviews.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, statutory reporting, and remittance reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Lead job architecture and organizational design initiatives; support workforce planning.
• Develop performance management, incentive programs, and rewards systems.
• Create HR dashboards covering compensation, payroll, headcount, benefits, and costs.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, Finance, and business leaders to improve governance.
