Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services Philippines seeks an Assistant Director - Total Rewards to lead the end-to-end compensation portfolio, including budgeting, benchmarking, and annual reviews. You will partner with HR and business lines to address compensation challenges and implement benefits frameworks aligned with local nuances.

The role requires 8–10 years in Total Rewards, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of PH salary taxation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8–10 years of Total Rewards experience.
• Experience at Assistant Manager level preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippines compensation laws and taxation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of compensation activities, including budgeting, benchmarking, increases and bonus cycles.
• Build and leverage networks for market intelligence on rewards.
• Provide guidance on compensation and benefits issues to HR and business leaders.
• Design and implement benefits programs and communications to raise awareness and adoption.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, social security, taxation and labour regulations.
