Job summary

Sysgen RPO is seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional in the Philippines to lead compensation and benefits design, payroll governance, and workforce cost optimization.

You will shape salary structures, benchmark against the market, oversee job evaluation, and drive analytics that inform business decisions. The role partners with HR leadership, Finance, and business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and value for employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related HR roles.
• 2 years of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement total rewards strategies and benefits programs.
• Manage salary structures, pay grades, benchmarking, and reviews.
• Oversee payroll, timekeeping, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
• Lead job architecture, position management, and organizational design initiatives.
• Support workforce planning and cost forecasting.
• Develop performance management frameworks and incentive programs.
• Design employee rewards and recognition programs.
• Review benefits and enhance employee value proposition.
• Develop HR dashboards and analytics on compensation and payroll costs.
• Collaborate with HR leadership, Finance, and business leaders to improve efficiency and governance.
