The role includes remote assistance for computers, peripherals, and operating systems, plus documenting issues from entry to closure and updating end-user communications. You will work in a hybrid environment, supporting onsite and remote users, and collaborate on IT projects and policy updates.

Competenze

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years previous experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and macOS.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing tools (ServiceNow) or similar.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Hybrid onsite/remote work capability.
