Dexcom Philippines is seeking an Advanced Support Specialist 1 (Tier 2 IT Service Desk) to deliver advanced triage, troubleshooting, and remote assistance for complex IT incidents across Windows and macOS environments.

You will document issues, maintain SLA adherence, and assist with IT project planning and deployments, including security testing and process updates. Hybrid onsite/remote work with opportunities for growth in a global leader in CGM technology.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years previous experience.

Responsabilités

• You will provide advanced triage and troubleshooting for complex IT incidents and service requests escalated by Tier 1 levels.
• You will offer remote assistance for problems with computer systems, peripherals, and operating systems.
• You will track, report, and document issues from entry to closure with same-day communication to the end user.
• You will maintain SLA parameters and update IT notifications, diagrams, and procedures as needed.
• You will support project planning and rollout of new systems, including compliance and security testing.
• You will coordinate user notifications of maintenance activities and keep documentation updated.
