Qualifications

• Provide first-level triage, troubleshooting and remote assistance for IT problems.
• Gather, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify patterns.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level triage, remote troubleshooting, and guidance for Windows and Mac systems.
• Maintain and update internal helpdesk documentation and SOPs.
• Manage tickets via ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools; track issues from entry to closure.
• Coordinate notifications for maintenance projects and system rollouts; ensure SLA adherence.
• Assist with server maintenance, backups, and user credential management.
• Support and back up other IT services as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
