Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in a Service Desk/ Helpdesk environment.
• Experience with ITSM tools and ticketing systems.
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite/remote setup and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level triage, troubleshooting, and remote assistance for PCs, peripherals, OS, and browsers.
• Help users resolve IT issues and provide targeted instructions to improve competence.
• Maintain internal helpdesk system, SLA adherence, and documentation of procedures.
