Job summary

Maya in Manila seeks a Territory Solutions Lead to develop and maintain strong merchant relationships, expand the partner network, and drive cross-sell of Maya’s banking and loan products.

The role requires 2–5 years in sales/account management, experience with merchant onboarding, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Residency in the Philippines preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years in sales and account management.
• Experience with merchant acquisition and partner management.
• Digital bank or e-wallet product knowledge preferred.
• Ability to build productive customer and partner relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, fast-paced attitude; strong collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and grow Maya Business use cases and loans GTV in the assigned territory via accredited partners and agencies.
• Cross-sell Maya solutions and manage key merchants, collecting and submitting documents, providing after-sales support.
• Conduct regular business reviews and trainings, maintaining regulatory compliance of accredited partners and agencies.
• Create effective and efficient sales coverage plans and collaborate across teams.
