Job summary

Maya is seeking a Territory Solutions Lead to oversee growth across Olongapo, Zambales and Bataan. This role focuses on building strong merchant relationships, identifying opportunities, and expanding the Maya ecosystem through accredited partners and agencies.

You will work in a fast‑paced banking environment, meet sales targets, cross‑sell loans and digital banking products, conduct regular business reviews, and ensure regulatory compliance while developing effective sales coverage plans.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Business Management, Marketing or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in sales and account management.
• Experience in digital banking or banking/e-wallet products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Acquire merchants and grow Maya Business use cases and loans GTV via partners and agencies.
• Directly manage key merchants in the territory; cross-sell Maya solutions and submit required documents.
• Provide after-sales support and audit trade merchandise; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create effective sales coverage plans and collaborate cross-functionally.
