Job summary

Maya is building an all-in-one money platform in the Philippines, seeking a Territory Solutions Lead to drive strong merchant and partner relationships in the Tacloban area and beyond. You will cross-sell Maya banking and lending solutions, manage key merchants, and lead sales initiatives with accredited partners and agencies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in sales and account management.
• Experience in digital banking or e-wallet products is preferred.
• Strong merchant acquisition and partner management background.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with customers, partners, and management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, results-oriented culture.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Residing in Tacloban and willing to cover nearby areas/territories.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Acquire merchants and grow Maya Business use cases and loans GTV in the assigned territory via accredited partners and agencies.
• Directly manage key merchants by cross-selling Maya solutions, collecting and submitting documents, providing after-sales support, and distributing and auditing merchandise.
• Conduct regular business reviews and trainings, and maintain regulatory compliance of accredited partners and agencies.
• Create effective and efficient sales coverage plans.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
