Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a seasoned Head of Sales and Marketing to lead a team of sales associates, drive performance, and align strategies with business goals.

You will analyze market conditions, develop area sales strategies, coach teams, and identify opportunities to improve outcomes and revenue growth across channels.

Qualifications

• With at least 1-2 years of experience as department/division head of sales and marketing in financial services or retail.
• Excellent negotiation skills, commitment to agreements, and good work habits.
• Prime driver of sales teams' overall success, able to work independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
