Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to oversee the performance of all sales associates in Aurora, Philippines. You will develop area sales strategies, analyze market conditions, and drive initiatives to meet targets while coaching the team to improve execution and achieve high performance.

The role requires leadership with 1–2 years managing sales teams in financial services or retail, strong negotiation skills, and a degree in business/finance.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years leading sales/marketing teams in financial services or retail.
• Excellent negotiation skills, commitment to agreements, and good work habits.
• Prime driver of Sales teams' success, able to work independently or in a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.

• Analyze market conditions, competitors' activities, merchant potential, and customer trends to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies.

• Develops and implements performance improvement strategies for underperforming Sales Personnel while recognizing and reinforcing high-performing individuals and teams.

• Provides regular coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to Sales associates to strengthen sales capabilities, improve execution, and develop a high-performing sales team.

Qualifications:
