Job summary

LEX Services, Inc. in Batangas City is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performance team and drive revenue growth across assigned territories in the Philippines.

You will manage a team of sales professionals, coach them to meet targets, and expand our dealer network while upholding the company's reputation. The role requires at least 2 years of sales success, travel availability, strong business sense, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales success.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching, and performance for Warranty Specialists and Territory Managers.
• Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand customer base.
• Maintain ongoing business growth across covered territories.
• Recommend headcount for territories as needed.
• Ensure subordinates comply with company policies.
