Job summary

LEX Services, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a seasoned sales leader to drive growth across territories. You will recruit, train and coach a high‑performance team, expand dealer networks, and ensure targets are met.

The role requires at least 2 years of successful sales experience, experience managing direct reports, strong business sense, willingness to travel, excellent communication, basic MS Office skills, and high integrity to work with minimal supervision.

• Managing, recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of Warranty Specialists and Territory Managers.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Develops and maintains continuous business growth in covered territories.
• Recommends and coordinates required headcount for covered territories.
• Ensures subordinates are complying with company requirements and policies.
