Job description

• Prepares plans and ensures the attainment of target in the assigned territory
• Creates product demand through consistent promotional activities
• Prepares and submits reports in a timely manner

1. Daily call report
2. Expense reports
3. Weekly reports
4. Remittances
5. Contract reports
6. Sales production report
7. Collection production reports
8. Customer account jacket reports

• Systematically prepares, submits and follows itinerary with the emphasis on setting and meeting appointments
• Exerts all efforts to equip oneself about product information
• Prepares a comprehensive analysis of their respective market and submits reports of competitors’ activities in the assigned territory.
• Participates in the development of office procedures and methods
• Delivers stocks to clients on time
• Ensures collection of sold products in the assigned territory
• Establishes customer relationship and executes customer service in the highest degree of professionalism.
• Prepares activities for product presentation and business presentation or round table discussion.
• To ensure and safeguard all important documents and properties of the company.
