Maya in Tacloban is seeking a Territory Solutions Lead to drive merchant growth and expand Maya’s banking product adoption through accredited partners and agencies. You will manage key merchants in the territory, cross-sell Maya solutions, collect and submit documents, and conduct regular business reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.

This role requires a business-focused degree and 2–5 years in sales, with strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales and account management.
• Intermediate to advanced experience in digital banking or e-wallet products.
• Based in Tacloban with willingness to cover nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Acquire merchants and grow Maya use cases and loans GTV via partners.
• Cross-sell Maya solutions and manage key merchants in the territory.
• Conduct business reviews, trainings, and maintain regulatory compliance of partners.
