This role targets experienced sales and marketing professionals based in Zamboanga City, with opportunities to lead partnerships and campaigns across diverse sectors.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of five years in sales and marketing, strong communication skills, and a track record in field sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Experience in banking, FMCG, fintech, telco, or e-commerce beneficial.
• Solid field sales experience.
• Sales or sales management experience for 5+ years in related industries.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Based in Zamboanga City.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close accounts for Maya business.
• Maintain relationships with partners and manage project concepts to achieve goals.
• Implement partnership programs to meet short and long-term Maya objectives (acquisition, acceptance, visibility).
• Drive insights-led, data-driven partnerships and programs supporting Maya’s objectives.

• Evaluate impact of trade marketing programs to measure effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of any Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Business, Financial Institution Management or any related course.
• Must have sales and marketing experience of at least 5 years.
• With work experience in any of the following fields: banking industry, fmcg, financial technology, telco or ecommerce.
• With solid field sales experience.
• Have sales and or sales management experience for at least 5 years with related industries.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Zamboanga City.
