Job summary

Maya is seeking a seasoned sales professional in the Philippines to generate leads, close accounts, and nurture relationships for Maya's all-in-one money platform. You will drive partnerships and manage key programs as part of a dynamic team.

You will communicate, pitch and manage project concepts with potential partners that lead to implementations, while organizing projects in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel to Pangasinan and beyond is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of sales and marketing experience
• Experience in field sales or merchant acquisition
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willing to cover areas for Pangasinan

What you will do:

• Generate leads, close accounts, maintain relationships for Maya business
• Communicate, pitch and manage project concepts with potential partners that lead to actual implementations that will yield agreed goals and objectives
• Implement partnership programs that will help meet short and long term goals of Maya (acceptance, acquisition and visibility)
• Implement insights-led and data-driven partnerships and programs that will support key objectives of Maya
• Organize and plan projects in a timely & efficient manner
• Work within an fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Evaluate impact of trademark marketing programs to measure effectiveness

What we are looking for:

• Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Business, Financial Institution Management Graduate or any related course
• With work experience in any of the following fields: banking industry, FMCG, financial technology, telco, e-commerce
• Must have sales and marketing experience of at least 5 years
• Field sales or merchant acquisition experience is a must for at least 5 years
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Goal-oriented sales professional
• Willing to cover areas for Pangasinan.
