• Driver’s license for at least a year and able to drive manual transmission.
• Proven interpersonal and negotiation skills to influence trade partners.
• Experience in field sales or trade marketing is an advantage.
• Track record in sales or trade marketing projects and initiatives.
• Proficiency in monitoring performance and analyzing data.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by executing route-to-market strategies and strong trade partnerships.
• Drive in-store execution to boost visibility and drive demand.
• Ensure pricing guidelines are followed and deviations addressed.
• Track territory sales, market share and program compliance.
• Ensure field activities comply with policies, safety and assets.
