Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Sales Supervisor located in the Marikina Sales Office to lead and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives across the assigned territory, driving volume and market presence.

You will manage daily field operations, ensure accurate stock and AR management, oversee pricing, coverage strategy, and retail visibility for the PMFTC portfolio while building strong retailer relationships in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license required and able to drive manual transmission.
• Minimum 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative selling abilities.
• Proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your assigned territory to meet business objectives.
• Manage territories for volume, AR, pricing, coverage, distribution, and visibility of PMFTC portfolio.
• Monitor accounts receivable, stock reconciliation, daily collections, and fleet maintenance; oversee revolving funds.
