Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in Marikina and nearby areas. You will drive territory performance, manage accounts receivable, price strategies, and distribution visibility while ensuring timely collections and field execution.

The role requires 4–5 years in supervisory and field sales, a valid driver’s license (manual), and strong communication and negotiation skills to deliver PMI’s commercial

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Minimum 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven sales/marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives in your territory.
• Drive volume, AR collection, price management, and distribution visibility.
• Monitor stock, invoices, remittances, and fleet maintenance; ensure accounts are managed.
