Philip Morris International is seeking a Business Building Executive to drive growth in the Dumaguete Sales Office and surrounding areas. The role focuses on strengthening trade partnerships, improving product availability and visibility, and expanding market share through field-based programs.

You will manage territory, influence trade partners, and execute in-store initiatives while leveraging field insights to identify opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Driver’s license for at least a year and can drive manual transmission.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
• Field sales exposure is an advantage
• With relevant sales/ trade marketing projects and initiatives
• Proficiency in performance monitoring and data analysis
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
