Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a Business Development professional to drive client relationships and lead brokerage activities in the Makati region. You will collaborate with analysts on transaction submissions, prepare pitches, and guide a team of brokers through every deal stage.

Ideal candidates have a business-related degree and experience in leasing, sales, and brokerage. A licensed real estate broker is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a global real estate services firm.

Qualifications

College degree in any Business Courses.
Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
Professionals with work experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, and Brokerage are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Conduct client farming activities including cold calling and relationship building.
Work with Market Analyst group on submissions for clients (briefs, case studies, due diligence reports).
Prepare and conduct pitches/presentations.
Coordinate and conduct site inspections for clients.
Handle transaction documentation (RFPs, LOIs, etc.).
Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers.
Support clients post-sales with Engagement Coordinator.
Participate in client engagement activities.
