Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree in any business field is required or encouraged.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
• Relevant experience in business development, leasing, or brokerage is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Client farming activities: cold calling, saturation exercises and seeks other legal means to generate and build relationships with clients.
• Work with Market Analyst group on submissions for clients including project briefs, case studies, due diligence analyses and reports.
• Prepare and conduct pitches / presentations.
• Coordinating and conducting site inspections for clients.
• Work on documentation related to transaction management, building options list, RFPs, LOIs, etc.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement Coordinator on post-sales support.
• Assist in mounting and attending client engagement activities.
