Job summary

Colliers Philippines is seeking a Business Development/Brokerage professional to drive client relationships and lead a team of brokers in Manila. You will generate opportunities through outreach, develop pitches, coordinate site inspections, and support transaction documentation and negotiations.

Successful candidates will have a business degree (brokerage preferred) and experience in leasing, sales, and development, with a track record of client farming and deal closing within a collaborative,

Qualifications

• College degree in Business or related field.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus.
• Experience in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales or Brokerage encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Client farming and relationship building through cold calls and outreach.
• Prepare pitches and client presentations for opportunities.
• Coordinate site inspections for clients and support transaction processes.
• Manage documentation related to transactions and LOIs, RFPs and contracts.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Coach, mentor and manage a team of brokers.
• Collaborate with Client Engagement to provide post-sales support.
• Assist in client engagement activities and events.
