Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Residential Real Estate Negotiator in Makati to acquire and manage clients for the Residential Team. You will drive property sales and leasing through advertising, open houses, and marketing initiatives.

Build and maintain a strong network of prospective clients, present properties effectively, and negotiate pricing and terms while advising on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements. This role includes commission on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.
• Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
• Sales background in related fields is advantageous.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive property sales and leasing through advertising, digital marketing, open houses, and sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients and nurture relationships.
• Present properties effectively, highlight benefits and investment advantages.
• Negotiate final pricing and payment terms based on clients’ finances.
• Advise clients on market conditions, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Provide excellent service by addressing inquiries and following up throughout the process.
• Ensure timely submission of documentary requirements and payments to meet targets.
• Gather client feedback to improve service quality.
• Meet quarterly sales targets and maximize earnings through commissions.
