Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management or related field.
• 6+ years' experience in business development, real estate advisory, or corporate leasing.
• Proven success in leading teams and managing large-scale client engagements.
• Strong understanding of the Philippine commercial real estate market.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Expansion across designated region and support growth initiatives.
• Client Relationship Management with key occupiers, developers, and institutional clients.
• Sector Expertise across Office, ILS, Retail, Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality.
• Revenue Generation through new client acquisition and cross-selling CBRE’s services.
• Market Intelligence on trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
• Cross-functional Collaboration with other CBRE service lines to deliver holistic solutions.
• Reporting & Forecasting of pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership.
• Location Flexibility: Based within Metro Manila with willingness to travel across markets.
