Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Business Development and Marketing professional in Makati to identify new leads, research potential markets, and drive growth for property and facilities management services. The role involves pitching services, preparing proposals, and ensuring brand-consistent documentation.

You will maintain relationships with existing clients, coordinate requirements, and support contract development and negotiations. Strong communication and independent work capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelors/College Degree.
• 3 5 years work experience in Business Development and Marketing in same or related industry.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, organize and communicate effectively with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new leads which requires property and facilities management
• Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Attending meetings
• Keeping up to date with real estate and business news
• Developing business and marketing strategies
• Pitching real estate management services
• Developing quotes, proposals and PowerPoint presentations
• Ensuring that all documentation prepared on behalf of the division is brand compliant
• Maintaining a systematic records for all business partners
• Winning new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients
• Client liaison, including telephone and personal inquiries from clients and other organizations with regards to business proposals.
• Formulating and implementing client engagement strategies
• Build relationships with both internal and external business clients
