Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a Tenant Relations Officer for Robinsons Lipa to ensure lease compliance, support tenants with pre-opening requirements, and drive sales alongside long-term profitability.

The role emphasizes building strong tenant relationships, coordinating turnover processes at lease end, and enforcing house rules consistent with mall standards and operational excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years in tenant relations, client management, or customer service, preferably in mall/retail.

• Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements, MOAs, and house rules.
• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements for timely tenant openings.
• Facilitate egress and turnover at lease end, including security deposits and refunds.

TheTenant Relations Officer is responsible for ensuring tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and the company’s house rules and regulations.

They oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to guarantee that tenants are able to open their stores on schedule.

At the end of the lease term, the Tenant Relations Officer facilitates a smooth egress and proper turnover of the leased space back to the company, including the routing of final accountabilities and the release of security deposits or refunds.

The Tenant Relations Officer also builds and maintains positive relationships with tenants, supporting them in achieving sales, profitability, and long-term business sustainability throughout their lease period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, and other related or relevant technical course
• At least 3 years of working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service, or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance
