Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a capable Tenant Relations professional in Metro Manila to ensure lease compliance, manage tenant relations, and support store openings.

You will oversee construction progress, coordinate pre-opening activities, and ensure smooth turnover at lease end, including final accountabilities and deposits handling. The role focuses on sustaining tenant profitability and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or related technical course.
• 1–3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management, or customer service.
• Preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance.

About the role

The Tenant Relations is responsible for ensuring tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and the company's house rules and regulations.

They oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements to guarantee that tenants are able to open their stores on schedule.

At the end of the lease term, the Tenant Relations facilitates a smooth egress and proper turnover of the leased space back to the company, including the routing of final accountabilities and the release of security deposits or refunds.

The Tenant Relations also builds and maintains positive relationships with tenants, supporting them in achieving sales, profitability, and long-term business sustainability throughout their lease period.

About you
