JG Summit Holdings, Inc. seeks a Tenant Relations Manager at Robinsons Magnolia in Quezon City, Philippines. The role oversees tenant compliance with leases, MOAs, and house rules, while coordinating pre-opening activities and timely store openings.

The successful candidate will monitor construction progress, manage end-of-lease turnover, and foster strong tenant relations to support sales and sustainability throughout the lease period.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• At least 3 years experience in tenant relations, client management or customer service; mall management/ops experience preferred.
• Location: Robinsons Magnolia; Schedule: 5-day work week; rest day to be discussed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenants comply with lease terms, MOA and house rules defined by the company.

Job Description

The Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for ensuring all tenants comply with the lease terms, memorandum of agreement and house rules and regulations defined by the company.

The Tenant Relations Officer is in charge of the monitoring of construction progress and all pre-opening requirements and ensures that the tenants open their stores on time.

The Tenant Relations Officer ensures the smooth egress and proper turnover of the space back to the company at the end of the lease term/contract. This also includes the routing of the tenants’ final accountability and releasing of security deposit and refunds.

The Tenant Relations Officer shall establish and maintain good relations with all tenants and help them ensure sales, profitability, and sustainability of their business during their lease contract with the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management and other related or relevant technical course
• At least 3 years working experience in tenant relations, client management, customer service or equivalent; preferably with expertise in mall management, operations or maintenance
• Location: Robinsons Magnolia
• Schedule: 5-day work week; rest day to be discussed.
