Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a capable Tenant Relations professional in Metro Manila to ensure lease compliance, manage tenant relations, and support store openings.

You will oversee construction progress, coordinate pre-opening activities, and ensure smooth turnover at lease end, including final accountabilities and deposits handling. The role focuses on sustaining tenant profitability and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or related technical course.
• 1–3 years of experience in tenant relations, client management, or customer service.
• Preferably with expertise in mall management, operations, or maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tenant compliance with lease agreements, memoranda of agreement, and house rules.
• Oversee construction progress and pre-opening requirements.
• Guarantee tenants can open their stores on schedule.
• Facilitate smooth egress and turnover of leased space at lease end.
• Route final accountabilities and release of security deposits or refunds.
• Build and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Support tenants in achieving sales, profitability, and long-term sustainability.
