Job summary

Federal Land, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Specialist to identify potential tenants, promote Marco Polo Residences, and negotiate lease terms to maximize occupancy at Nivel Hills in Cebu City.

The role requires strong negotiation, market awareness, and excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with tenants, owners, and brokers and to ensure regulatory compliance in leasing agreements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in business, economics, marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in residential, mall/office leasing or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP or similar software.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Qualifications
