Job Description:

The Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with mall tenants, ensuring that their operational needs are addressed while maintaining compliance with company policies, lease agreements, and mall regulations. The role serves as the primary liaison between tenants and mall management, supporting tenants from pre-construction and fit-out stages through daily operations and eventual lease termination or egress. This position plays a vital role in achieving business objectives, tenant satisfaction, and overall mall profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Strengthens tenant partnerships by guiding them through pre-construction, fit-out, and operational stages, ensuring compliance with lease terms, design criteria, and mall regulations.


• Oversees tenant construction and renovation activities by coordinating with Engineering, Building Administration, and Design teams to resolve technical issues and secure timely approvals, permits, and clearances.


• Monitors tenant performance and accounts by tracking sales, rental payments, and utility consumption, facilitating collections, and ensuring accurate billing and reporting.


• Ensures a safe, clean, and compliant mall environment through regular inspections, tenant orientations, and coordination on safety, security, and housekeeping programs.


• Manages tenant documentation, contracts, and compliance records while handling administrative reports, supporting inter-department coordination, and fostering continuous staff learning and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or any related field.
